Collection: Heirloom Rice

Four Indonesian heirloom rices, two of them sold as complete kits. Blue rice takes its colour from butterfly pea flower. Yellow rice, nasi kuning, is what Indonesians cook when there is something worth marking. Pink and tricolour are the rice on its own, firmer and nuttier than white, and they hold their shape next to a curry instead of dissolving into it.
