Butterfly pea flower turns the water deep blue and the rice takes the colour as it absorbs it. The kit has everything in it already: heirloom rice, the flowers, tropical aromatic leaves and a pinch of Bali artisan salt. You add water.
How to use it: cook exactly like plain rice. Serve with grilled fish or chicken, or as the centre of a rice table when you want people to stop and look.
