Indonesia has been fermenting soybeans into tempeh for centuries. We take the same block, slice it paper-thin, and crisp it. Four flavours: plain and salted, smoky barbecue, chilli heat, and sharp kaffir lime. All vegan, gluten free, no MSG, 70 g a bag, and already on shelves at Whole Foods Market, Farm Boy, Country Grocer, Nature's Emporium, Quality Foods and Stong's.
