Javara Spinach Noodles, 200 g

Green noodles that get their colour from spinach in the dough.

Spinach is worked into the dough rather than added as a powder afterwards. Steamed and dried rather than fried, so they cook clean.

How to use it: boil 4 to 5 minutes, drain, then stir-fry with garlic and shallots. Good in broth-based soups.
