Halua is a traditional sweet from Eastern Indonesia: nuts cooked slowly in a sugar or honey glaze until they set. We use organic Bali cashews, which are softer and sweeter than the commodity cashew most snack brands buy.
Good for: with coffee, on a cheese board, or chopped over ice cream.
